Here are some effective methods to clear the clog:
 
Warm It Up Gently: The easiest method is to warm the oil so it flows better. Hold the vape pen in your hands or place it in your pocket for a few minutes to use your body heat. Alternatively, you can use a hair dryer on its lowest heat setting, holding it several inches away and moving it continuously for 15-30 seconds to avoid overheating.
 
Use the Preheat Function: If your device has a button, it likely has a preheat feature (often activated by pressing the button twice quickly). Activating this will gently warm the oil and usually clear the blockage.
 
Clear the Airway with Air Pressure:
 
Blowing: Gently blow into the charging port or bottom air intake holes to create back pressure and push the clog out through the mouthpiece.
 
Puffing: Take a few short, gentle puffs without pressing the power button to create a mild vacuum effect.
 
Manual Cleaning: For a stubborn clog, carefully insert a thin, non-metallic object like a clean toothpick or an unbent paperclip into the mouthpiece hole. Gently twist and scrape the interior sides to dislodge any hardened residue. Be very careful not to push too hard or damage the internal heating element.
 
How to Prevent Future Clogs
 
Store Upright: Always store your disposable vape pen vertically (mouthpiece pointing up) to prevent oil from settling in the airway.

Keep the vape at room temperature and away from direct sunlight, cold cars, or humid environments. Cold makes the oil thick and prone to hardening.
